Jasmin is a Project Manager at Pulse Creative, keeping projects on track and teams in sync. Based in Texas, she's into pilates, journaling, and finding good food with her pup. Jasmin brings calm, clarity, and a touch of creativity to everything she manages.

Lexie is an Account Manager by day, and a yoga teacher plus mentor on weekends. Outside of work and the studio, she’s usually painting, walking her chihuahua, or trying (emphasis on 'trying') to get the hang of chess – always with coffee in hand and pasta on her mind.

Lulu is an Account Manager at Pulse Creative, with a background in marketing and a passion for bringing people’s visions to life. Outside of work, she's a certified yoga therapist, a professional stage actor (Equity), a music enthusiast – and the guardian of a beautiful husky who keeps life adventurous.

Aris is a Managing Director who possesses over 24 years of global experience throughout Asia, Europe, Middle-East, and the Americas, dealing directly with C-Suites in a variety of industries such as banking, legal, Government, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, education, etc.

Raffaele handles Account Management as well as being involved in new business. He's very passionate about street photography, traveling, languages and food (he comes from Italy, so that means complaining about Italian food abroad).

Valeria handles Account Management as well as Business Development, with experience dealing with international C-level executives across industries and company sizes. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, dancing, and traveling. She speaks multiple languages, which makes closing international deals and navigating foreign grocery stores significantly smoother.

With a glitter-dusted mix of business acumen, brand savvy, and media buying brilliance, Lyly leads strategy, research, and analytics across a diverse client portfolio. She specializes in turning complex insights into clear, actionable plans – believing the best marketing balances clarity, creativity plus conversion minus the fluff.

Dhareza serves as one of Pulse Creative’s Creative Directors, where he spends his days & nights making things look pretty. He is intensely dedicated to growing the company’s clients. When not in the office, he can be seen in tights or armor at conventions as a professional cosplayer.

Kelly is powered by a sweet tooth and passion for bold thoughtful design. With a background in branding, web & digital campaigns, she brings ideas to life with equal parts strategy + creativity. When not crafting visual stories, she’s spends time with her daughter & family, traveling to her home of Antigua, or enjoying the outdoors – whether it's biking or soaking up the sun.

Mikhail is a Videographer, Editor & Motion Graphic Designer here at Pulse Creative. He recommends a balanced diet of Red Bull & Skittles to achieve optimal work efficiency.

Danielle manages end-to-end video production for digital platforms, helps lead client coaching sessions to enhance performance, and successfully executes events by ensuring smooth planning and high-quality results across all projects. When she’s not juggling timelines and storyboards, you can find her scouting the best restaurants or perfecting her playlist for the next big shoot.

Jeff works as the Lead Web Developer for Pulse Creative, and has a busy family life raising 3 boys with his wife. He provides front-end skills as well as SEO strategy for all Pulse Powered clients.

Jim is the Co-Lead Web Developer for Pulse Creative and traveling husband to his theatre director wife. As a coder, he enjoys diving into the frontend, the backend, and everything in between with expertise, imagination, and a sense of fun. Jim is also a professional actor who has performed on Broadway, in National Tours, and on stages across the US.
