Looking to expand beyond their existing client base, Pulse Creative was tapped to bring their brand to the next level,
introducing them to a younger and more active crowd. From revamping their brand identity and messaging to strategizing a new digital experience, OsteoStrong’s perception changed instantly – going from simply bone experts to a lifestyle destination for biohackers looking for that extra edge against their competition.

Strong bones, stronger Identity

Like the skeletal system is to the body, the logo is the core to a company’s identity. Pulse Creative’s approach to their brand identity was to create a mark that represented the cutting-edge technology and science that OsteoStrong was known for. A timeless wordmark and icon was developed for use across many mediums, from printed collateral to digital assets to their Spectrum machine equipment.

One of the main goals of OsteoStrong’s digital overhaul was to create an informative, user-friendly experience, while organizing the brand’s robust amount of content in a manner that made sense to their audience. The website acted as the main hub for the brand, representing the company’s multiple global locations. It provided key information on the advantages of their health service through testimonials, videos, scientific papers and more, resulting in OsteoStrong becoming one of the main online resources for bone health.

Creating a #BONEHEAD movement

The majority of OsteoStrong’s existing audience consisted of clientele in the older age brackets. To help appeal to a younger crowd, Pulse Creative developed an aggressive digital marketing initiative across multiple social media channels.

Whether you were #MomStrong, #TeamStrong or #WorkStrong, OsteoStrong was a biohack for all ages. From inspirational quotes to coach highlights to bone health facts, Pulse Creative made sure OsteoStrong’s followers were well-informed about the advantages of bone health, creating a #BoneHead movement for all to follow.

CREATING A VISUAL NARRATIVE

High-energy videos were produced for OsteoStrong to help inform new audiences of what their brand actually did. From an overview of what a 10-minute session at a studio entailed to the science behind the technology, Pulse Creative developed a strategic narrative to get more eyes on their brand and more traffic into their studios.
