Delmonico’s Summer Spot: The HamptonsJuly 11, 2013 / by Jason Tsai / Categories :
Summer’s in full swing and there’s really only 3 things you need to get you thru it:
And a place to enjoy both of the aforementioned.
Delmonico’s Restaurant Group has two of the above covered for you with their recent opening of Delmonico’s of Southampton. And if you do make a trip out there, you’ll most likely have the Good Friends part covered as well after meeting their extra-friendly bartenders and staff. Did we mention that it’s in the Hamptons? Could there be a better place for a summer get-together than this?
Delmonico’s commissioned Pulse Creative to create the imagery behind the launch of their new restaurant. Known for being America’s first restaurant and the birthplace of dishes such as Eggs Benedict, Baked Alaska and Lobster Newburg, our photographers had no issues taking this project up (knowing that they would be fed well). Award-winning Executive Chef Billy Oliva provides a seasonal menu of fresh seafood specialties and other Delmonico’s staple dishes with a modern flair. On top of that, all of the dishes are created with ingredients, herbs and veggies straight from the restaurant’s onsite garden. Couple that with the restaurant’s proximity to The Hampton’s famous beaches and you have the perfect summer must-do.
Here’s a few pics from our photoshoot courtesy of our in-house photographer/Art Director/IT guy/Lunch Club Captain, Dhare Maramis, our young and budding photographer/Designer/Video Editor/Animator/Karaoke specialist/resident Mexican, Sal Chavez and our Director of Photography/CEO/H.B.I.C./Mother Hen, Monica Alvarez-Mitchell. Thanks to our Project Manager/Account Executive/She’s single and looking for a cool guy to chill with, Alex La-Rotta for setting the whole thing up and making sure the shoot ran smoothly.
