In probability theory the birthday paradox/problem concerns the odds of 2 people in a room of 23 people having the same birthday? Statically speaking the odds are 50-50. It is a birthday paradox because our brains can not understand it but that’s not here nor there. The odds in Pulse Creative are true and 2 of our creative geniuses share the same birthday, one being the H.L.I.C. (Head Lady in Charge) and Flip aka Phil.
